day 8

Thursday is day 8 of the pull-up density training plan:
-24 kg weighted pull-ups (10x4)
-Bent arm L-sit hold (17 secs)
-50 burpees

  2. Don't lose track, MilkMan! I'm curious to see what if any effect all these burpees might have besides tendinitis!:D I'm seeing improvement in the 50 burpee time. I also notice that if I do burpees everyday, my performance suffers. I think I'll try it without the timer, aiming for consistency, and only test for time periodically.
